Minecraft is a game about making and breaking blocks. It was developed and published by the Swedish company Mojang. People first built structures in the game to protect them from monsters, but now they can do much more. It can also be about adventuring with friends, building an underground network or fortress, or watching the sun rise over an ocean. You can build a ranch and tame horses. Brave players battle terrible things in The Nether, which is more dangerous. You can also visit a land of mushrooms or a dark dimension called The End, where boss mobs like the Ender Dragon live. In Survival Mode, where players are focused on staying alive, they mine, trade, build, and protect themselves from mobs. In Creative Mode, players can fly anytime and have a full inventory of resources. There are new editions, such as the Xbox version and the Pocket Edition.
